How long does shipping take?
Every KLYR product is printed after your order is placed. This allows us to focus on quality while reducing unnecessary waste.
Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Once your order is on its way, most U.S. deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
As soon as your package ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.
Are your products made to order?
Yes.
Every KLYR product is made specifically for you after your order is placed.
Instead of producing thousands of shirts that may never be worn, we create each item one at a time. It's a slower approach than traditional retail, but it allows us to focus on quality, reduce waste, and create apparel that's made with intention.
We believe it's a better way to build products that are meant to be worn, enjoyed, and remembered.
What shirts do you print on?
We choose each garment based on the design and the experience we want it to deliver.
Most KLYR designs are printed on the Next Level 6210 CVC, selected for its ultra-soft feel, lightweight comfort, and modern retail fit.
Some collections use the Comfort Colors 1717, chosen for its heavyweight, garment-dyed fabric and relaxed fit.
Every product page clearly identifies the garment being used and includes a detailed Fit Guide and size chart so you know exactly what to expect before ordering.
How do your shirts fit?
Most KLYR shirts fit true to size, but the fit depends on the garment used.

• Relaxed fit
• Heavyweight garment-dyed cotton

Every product page includes a Fit Guide and size chart to help you choose the size that's right for you.
What if I'm between sizes?
If you're between sizes, we recommend comparing the measurements in our size chart with a favorite T-shirt you already own.
If you prefer a looser fit, sizing up is usually the best option on our Next Level shirts.
Still unsure? Send us an email before ordering and we'll be happy to help you choose the right size.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
You'll be able to follow your package from production to your doorstep.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We stand behind every order.
If your item arrives damaged or you've received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email hello@klyrapparel.com and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
We'll review the issue promptly and work with you to make it right.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every KLYR product is printed specifically for your order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for selecting the wrong size or changing your mind.
We strongly encourage reviewing the Fit Guide and size chart before ordering.
If there's an issue with your order, don't hesitate to reach out. We're committed to providing a great experience and will always do our best to help.
How should I care for my shirt?
To keep your KLYR apparel looking its best:
• Machine wash cold
• Wash inside out
• Wash with similar colors
• Use a mild detergent
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not bleach
• Do not iron directly over the printed design
Following these care instructions will help preserve both the garment and the artwork for years to come.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available to select destinations.
If shipping is available in your country, your shipping options, delivery estimates, and shipping costs will automatically appear during checkout.
