At KLYR Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition you received it

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

If your return is approved, we'll provide a free prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without first contacting us and receiving authorization will not be accepted.

Free Returns

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. There are no restocking fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at klyrapparel26@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at klyrapparel26@gmail.com.
