Shipping Information

At KLYR Apparel, every order is produced after purchase rather than mass-produced in advance. This approach helps reduce waste, maintain quality standards, and allows us to focus on creating products built for the long haul.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and produced within 3–7 business days before shipment.

During new product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Made-to-Order Products

Because each item is produced after an order is placed, production and shipping are separate stages of the fulfillment process. Estimated shipping times begin after production has been completed.

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

United States

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment notification.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.

If your tracking information shows unusual delays or your package appears lost, please contact us and we'll work with you to help resolve the issue.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by destination. If shipping is available to your country at checkout, rates and delivery estimates will be provided before purchase.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

We'll review the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
